Hi J and A's followers!! Sorry for the late review! I got busy. Today, I will be reviewing a sno-ball/shaved ice place. It is called Sno-Biggie. Sno-Biggie is one of the few sno-ball places in California. Sno-balls are basically balls of shaved ice that originated in New Orleans. The most popular thing to get at Sno-Biggie is one of their Mardi Gras combinations, which are sno-balls with delicious ice cream in the middle. They get their ice cream from a very popular homemade ice cream place in Old Town Alhambra called Fosselman's Homemade Ice Cream. At Sno-Biggie, I got the Diner Malt, a Mardi Gras combination. It was vanilla malt ice with chocolate sauce and chocolate ice cream in the middle. It was delicious!!! My mom got just shaved ice. She got blueberry, banana, and strawberry, one of the many, many flavors as you can see on the picture above. I tried a bite of hers and it was extremely fantastic! My brother got a normal ice cream cone with Fosselman's yummy vanilla flavor, and he said it was amazing! Sno-Biggie also sells Dippin' Dots, candy bars, and outstanding bakery items such as cookies, cupcakes, cake pops, etc. The atmosphere of Sno-Biggie is quiet and relaxed. They have board games, such as Jenga and chess that you can play while you relax and eat your delicious frozen dessert. The staff is very friendly and the service is great.
